| Subjective well-being are self-evaluator in accordance with the standards which are set by its overall assessment of the quality of life,that is,the subjective evaluation of individual happiness as the standard,it is a measure of individual quality of life of General Key indicators and it is the humanism concept's extension of contemporary psychology.Burnout at work is the reaction of psychological syndrome which is the individual for continuing source of interpersonal stress,and it is composed by those three components.such as,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,reduced personal accomplishment.Universities are the cradle of training the excellent student and the teaching management played an important role in the university.The specialization of their teaching activities which plays an irreplaceable role at the coordinated development of sustainable institutions and decide the series of characteristics of managers.Expanding the size of the current school and the rising requirement of teaching manager's quality and capacity,at the same time,high stress of their work also increased,finally,their mind are under the sub-healthy situation.In this paper,the research which is talk about manager's subjective well-being,occupational status and related factors and formed effective countermeasures to improve the further subjective well-being and reduce the stress of work in order to improve further the quality of life and guide them to make greater contribution to the social educational development.This study are used in Diener etral(1985) prepared a questionnaire of subjective well-beingand vocational education version of Burnout Inventory,colleges and universities teaching in Guizhou Province management personnel by randomly selection.,for a total of 197 valid subjects for the study of objects,their subjective well-being status quo,the status of occupational burnout and related factors in exploratory research.The results showed that:1.College teaching managers index for the subjective well-being 3.76,in the middle-low level.2.There are no differences on Higher education manager's subjective well-being of population study variables:gender of the higher education management staff a sense of subjective well-being no significant difference.However,the significance of representative samples of the "pressure" indicators,for gender differences in test,male managers in higher education experience more stress in life than women managers in higher education;and the different ages by teaching management staff a comparative analysis of multiple learned in life satisfaction,positive emotions,negative emotions on the three dimensions was very significant difference;unmarried persons life satisfaction lower than married persons,than married to experience more negative affect;subtropical high Title of the lowest rate of subjective well-being, primary title of the highest life satisfaction. 3.In this survey,Burnout Inventory-Education's total share is 2.98 points,does not meet the 3 points;Although the total share,the higher education management staff burnout phenomenon was not obvious.4.There are some differences on the Higher education manager's burnout variables of a study population:different gender teaching management staff burnout no significant difference.The results from the mean that the degree of emotional exhaustion for women higher than men;in different ages teaching management failure in the mood,depersonalizations,and low personal accomplishment showed differences on three dimensions;different titles vocational higher education management burnout are different titles of the advanced management college teaching emotional failure,the degree of personality go up strong compared to other titles;management time involved in teaching different teaching manager's burnout are different from the average point of view,to engage in 6-10years,11-15years staff emotional exhaustion and to the degree of personality in relation to the other time,and personnel engaged in 16-20 years the most powerful low personal accomplishment.5.The Higher educational manager's are life satisfaction and emotional experience of emotion, negative emotion is not the relevance of emotion;colleges and universities are teaching manager's emotions and emotional experience negative emotion was a negative correlation,correlation coefficient-0.438.6.College teaching managers to personality and emotional exhaustion,and low personal accomplishment shows separately significant positive correlation.7.College teaching manager's sense of subjective well-being and burnout of the correlation analysis:subjective well-being of the overall life satisfaction,positive emotions and feelings of emotional exhaustion burnout to personalize relatively large standard regression coefficient,mutual influence larger negative correlation exist.Subjective well-being of negative emotion and feelings of burnout and emotional exhaustion,to personalize the relatively large standard regression coefficient, the mutual influence of the larger,there is a positive correlation.Subjective well-being of the overall life satisfaction,negative emotional burnout and low personal accomplishment and a sense of subjective well-being of the positive emotional burnout and low personal accomplishment exist linear regression,but a very small ratio.Based on the above analysis,the thesis from the community,schools and individuals related to the three proposals put forward. |
