The goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents occupation, English ability is the indispensable part in the training process. Along with the society for talents of English level more and more high requirements of higher vocational education, the university English as a compulsory course, but also reflects the attention of higher vocational colleges to all-round talent quality training. But the reality is that higher vocational students English foundation is weak, and the English teaching mode in higher vocational education does not adapt to the vocational students' English learning pressure and other problems led to higher vocational students' English learning effect is not ideal. Analysis of the reasons, in the process of learning English showed burnout is an important factor influencing the learning effect of the students of vocational. Because of this, English Learning Burnout of higher vocational students, and take appropriate psychological intervention measures and teaching, has important meaning and value.Research on burnout theory in occupation burnout. In recent years, some scholars will be learning burnout as a new direction of burnout research, through normative research and empirical research methods, and discusses the characteristics of learning burnout dimensions and causes. But the result of the current study on English learning burnout and pan vocational students good Chen, especially for higher vocational students of English learning burnout origin is one of the few. Therefore, the research on students basic English learning burnout performance research in higher vocational schools, through the comparison of some demographic variables under the burnout difference analysis, to further investigate the correlation between burnout factors and psychological factors and personal factors, achievement motivation, teachers.In general, the study found that English learning burnout showed moderate intensity in the characteristics of higher vocational college students; gender and major differences, English learning burnout is not significant; while in the grade and origin characteristics, English learning burnout showed significant differences. Among them, the emotional dimension and the causes of burnout scale in four dimensions and total scores showed a significant positive correlation; burnout behavior dimensions and cause scale in four dimensions and total scores showed a significant positive correlation; the scale of the achievements of the dimensions and causes of motivation, psychological and the total scores showed a significant negative correlation, the four dimensions and the total scores of total scale and the causes of burnout in the scale showed a significant positive correlation.At the same time, this study also around four causes, put forward to solve the intervention and Vocational College Students' English learning burnout problems countermeasures and suggestions, and provide reference for higher vocational colleges to carry out the corresponding teaching reform.
