Harmonious New Countryside Construction Of Ethics In The Ethnic Minority Areas In Guizhou Exploration

To build a new socialist country is a great strategic policy put on the Fourth Plenum of the 16th .President HuJingtao also point out on the 17th conference of the Party ,"Scientific development and a harmonious society are the two basic requirements in the development of China's socialist construction." What's more moral construction in the minority nationality regions is also an important substance in a harmonious society and a new socialist country. Especially in the poor minority nationality regions of Guizhou provice , many elements contribute to the ethical changes, such as cultural variation ,power of the clan, religious stystems and the developing gap between the rich and the poor. This paper suggests two ways of building the new socialist country: to rebuild society of etiquette and custom in the countryside, and to properly guide and control the power of the clan.
