Analysis Of Network Culture Ethical Culture

Internet is now expanding to all the lines with an unprecedented speed, affecting profoundly the activities of human beings ; consequently ,changing people's living conditions. It provides the digital cyber space for our life and communication in modern era. Seen from the aspect of technique ,it represents the relations of digital information; while from the perspective of social ethics, the interpersonal relations and the abundant social ethic institution with complicated ethic problems.Regarded to its model, network ethic culture can be analyzed from many angles. According to the ethic of cultural morals, it can be divided into two types: moral culture and non-moral culture.With the acceleration of network and information technology, the latter becomes an urgent problem that we have to confront. If it cannot be properly guided, it will do great harm to the development of network in our country.Due to its catholicity, flexibility and practicability, moral ethics, as principles to regulate the social relations and conduct people's behaviors, has its unique advantage over techniques, laws and politics.Therefore, seeing from the perspective of social culture in information age, the author is attemping to disscuss network ethic culture,this social phenomenon, and consider it as a sub-culture from a micro view.
