| In recent years, with the permeation of the notions on Quality-oriented education and All-Rounder education of document ,Ministry of Education strengthens issuance and universities ,which reinforces the art education in colleges and universities in our country .Under the circumstances , the development of the music education in colleges and universities has come into a new stage, extending towards the direction of science, standardization and criterion. However for all aspects of reasons, history, for example, the art education of common colleges and universities in our country is still at the experimental stage in the system of courses and the management of teaching, what is worse are education of some colleges is in blind even confused condition in the aspects of management of teaching and arrangement of curriculum. The scientific and effective model of the management in teaching plays a vital role in improving the establishment of the system of subjection music education in common colleges and universities at an early date, teaching quality and achieving the teaching goal . Through investigative analysis and comparative proof on some problems of music education in common colleges and universities in our country, such as the model of management in teaching and the present condictions of music teaching etc, the author summarizes the existing model of management in teaching and tries finding out sometypical and representative ones to make a contrast and classifications, which supplies explorative suggestion on realizing science, standardization and criterion in music education in common colleges and universities of our country at an early date, foe the preliminary analysis on model of management in teaching of music education in Chinese colleges and universities.The whole paper can be divided into four part . The first part is preface ,which includes asking questions and enpounding ,value of theory and significance of practice in research .The second part, it contains the enisting problems arrangement of subjects in Chinese common colleges and universities .The third part, it contains a general proposition of the model of management in teaching in music education and teaching in Chinese common colleges and universities, which puts forward practical and feasible model of management in teaching from the arrangement of management organization , system of courses and establishment of qualified teachers.
