Measures Of Cultural Development Of Bohai Rim Study

This paper targets at the topic which is a hot but rarely studied one called the Cultural Industry in Bohai Bay Megalopolis. With the surging development of China's economy, the cultural industry is playing an increasingly important role which shouldn't be ignored and Bohai Bay Megalopolis is a new engine for China's economy. Therefore, research on this topic is of great significance.Firstly, the paper explains the related definition of the cultural industry and the regional economic theory and industrial economic theory for supporting the following research. Secondly, the paper analyzes the status quo of the cultural industry, on this base, using the SWOT approach analyzes the environment factors. Thirdly, it predicts the developing trend of cultural industry with the econometrics model. The key issue of the problem mainly lies in identifying the regional cultural center and the regional integration. Then, the forth part identifies Beijing as the regional cultural center after a serious of data and quantitative models analysis. At last, the paper puts forward to building regional culture innovation network improving cultural industry competitiveness and the countermeasures on realizing this network.The development of cultural industry of Bohai Bay Megalopolis is critical to the regional economic development which will also be conductive for the development of national economy and the economic globalization. However, this paper is only an objective and general analysis of the topic and maybe many mistakes involved. Further exploration is going on to put forward more constructive suggestions and countermeasures.
