Dai Ecological And Cultural Research

Dai nationality is one of the characterized nationalities of Yunnan, the population is about 1,158,900(count in 2004) ,accouts for 8.35% of the population of ethnic minority of the whole province. Dai nationality live in the tropical and subtropical flat areas,the environment of their life is green everywhere, from mountain to water, from water to field .The psychological speciality that Dai nationality advocate and cherish nature is what essence of Dai's ecological culture is all about,the harmonious spirit of people and nature impel bright natural environment to keep and develop . Dai's residence ecological protection is correlated with people's ecological idea living on this stretch of land since ancient times.This paper is going to investigate more completely and further on the foundation of previous studies for Dai's ecological culture, so that have certain reference for present sustainable development.
