Traditional concept of development which attaches importance to economical construction has brought about severe ecological environment and restricts the economical and social development. We should take correct measures to solve the problem.Chinese and western culture provide a very valuable theory for us to solve the problem. The most representative is the thought of ecological ethics existing in the philosophy of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. Of course, it deserves to be mentioned for the human-centerism and non-human-centerism of western ecological philosophy. Although there exists a debate of "internal value" for the nature between the human-centerism and non-human-centerism, they have a common aim which is to protect environment and to realize human sustainable development,Marxist concept of ecological ethics is different from the narrow human-centerism and non-human-centerism. There are three important viewpoint. The first one is the belief that human keeps pace with the nature. The second one is that human is dynamic. The third one id that human is responsible for the nature. All these provide a solid foundation for us to build a sense of scientific development, and also provide a scientific theory basis for realizing the construction of ecological ethics and carry forward the strategy of sustainable development. Therefore, we should change the concept, build a sense of scientific development, insist on human-centerism, and realize human's all-round development.
