Long lasting traditional Chinese medicine and medical science are one fourth of the quintessence of Chinese culture, they are paid attention by domestic and overseas, so WHO says traditional Chinese medicine and medical science set the example to traditional medicine in the world. We try to discuss it in the aspects mentioned below.The development of traditional Chinese medicine is endless from ancient to now. Qing Dynasty was the golden age for the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in feudalism society in China.Firstly, domestic market of pharmacy became mature recently, including abundant medicinal materials rescores and some major markets, for instance, Baiquan(hui county in Henan province), Zhangshu (qingjiang in Jinagxi province), Qizhou( Anguo in Hebei province) and Yuzhou(Yuzhou in Henan province), which played important role in trade of medicinal materials in Qing Dynasty. One the hand, merchants formulated institution of regulations about those medicine markets, the other hand, those medicinal materials markets were also under the control by the government. Medicinal materials demand exceeded supply along with medicine-collecting, agriculture-reclaiming and land-exploiting, so medicinal materials-growing prevailed in Qing Dynasty. The merchants managed markets by all kinds of organs in pace with constant growth of medicinal materials markets . The guides were taking effective measures according to those medicine industry organs.Secondly, The trade contact of medicinal materials in Qing Dynasty were different from that before, the medicine exchange between China and other countries was fulfilled in the form of tributary trade of government, folk trade, but the latter dominated the trade of medicine.
