The various opinions were arranged and analyzed to carry out the characteristics of using the ways of comparison, descriptiveness research methods, and statistics. The phenomenon of "one word having more sounds and one sound having more words" was studied comprehensively to put forward the author's own opinion.There is academic value to the identification of the word's formation of khitan small script, the construction of original words sounds and the further decoding of khidan language. There is also certain reference value to the study of medieval Mongolian, the ancient writing of northern ethics and the development and evolution of writing.
