It is the traditional virtue of Chinese nation to be honest, Chine se always pay attention to credit。 Chinese ancient thinker like Congzi , Zhuxi constantly underline people's honest faithful importance .Credit is classified as the first important task in the interpersonal relation in ancient times. After going through historical development of several thousand years, Chinese society has changed greatly.While obtaining gratifying achievement, we suddenly found our view of credit has greatly changed.This kind of change is not positive but passive. The poisonous ham in Jinhua of Zhejiang and the false milk power incident of Fuyang have announced some Chinese wrong creditable views.Hhose things have shaken our soul and influence the China international image. Chinese government begins to take measures to punish increditable behavior . A lot of scholars analysis from different respects such as law, culture, moral etc and put forward a lot of constructive suggestions .I analysis this problem from a speciale aspect which is "benefit". I take advantage of economic theoriese analysis increditable behavior.This article is divided six parts.The first part is the preface which explains the incredit do not origin from ancient times.It mainly take places in modern times.It introduces the situation of incredit in these days and some explainations about incredit. In this part ,I point out the advances and drawbackings of explainations about incredit. The drawbacking of system lead to be incredit in the second part.In the third part,the property right is the carrier of the credit.In theforth part,the situation of credit along with boyi is changing .The fifth part is the analysis of cost-benefitof credit. The last part is that the credit is lack of information symmetry. I hope we can find a way to resolve this social Phenomenons.
