Moral Capital And Its Existing Form

In the 21st century, the development of the socialistic market economy has been furthered. With the development going on, Chinese society is experiencing a key transforming period. Gradually people realize that market economy is not merely economic activities but also the phenomenon that reflects social ethics and culture.The key factors that keep the market economy running efficiently not only include the division of labor and the clarity of property rights but also rely on the whole system of ethical value which suits the development of market economy. The conception of ethical capital emerges to the requirement of the times.In this thesis the author discusses the conception of ethical capital which can be divided into two ranks, and studies the relationship between the ethical capital and the economic development, then comes to a conclusion: the ethical capital is a historical category, especially it is a kind of capital that China today needs eagerly .
