The paper is mainly talked about the value and significance of Zhu Guangqian's aesthetic education from the view of modernity for modern aesthetic and aesthetic education. The paper is composed of four parts.The first part:The relation between the birth of Zhu Guangqian 's aesthetic education and modernity. There are at least three reasons that are worth of attacting importance to:the relation between Zhu Guangqian's aesthetic education and the trend of modernity,traditional culture have some elements that can be converted a part of modernity and the question of modernity faced with both west culture and oriental culture in history.The second part: The essence of Zhu Guangqian' s aesthetic education.The part point out that the system of Zhu Guangqian's aesthetic education is composed of the philosophy on aesthetic education, the view of development on aesthetic education and methodology on aesthetic education.Meantime,the paper specially analyse the essence of Zhu Guangqian's aesthetic educationThe third part: The analysis of Zhu Guangqian's aesthetic education from the view of modernity.The paper point out that emotion and life are two important concepts in Zhu Guangqian's aesthetic education thought.Meantime,the paper argue the modern conversion of aesthetic education need the reformation of study method and thinking model.The fourth part:The end.In historic view,the part point out the feature of Zhu Guangqian' s aesthetic education lie in his aesthetic education which aim at the whole man and full of aesthetic emotion.
