There are firm feudal traditions both in China and Korea. Therefore Worn en in the both countries had the same experiences and grudges. Although th ere are some of different situation which is developed in modern times,es pecially after the World War II,women of the both countries experienced t he same in trying to get rid of the feudal ethic. Zhang Jie (in China) and Park Wan Seo (in Korean) are representatives of female writers to exercise a great influence in literature world of each country in the eighties. The y lived in the same age,and had the same creative experience which they b egin to write in the middle age of life. Because they have similar backgro und,their literatures have evolved the same appearance,which is cause to this thesis and discovery. This thesis is a comparative study,which focus on comparing two writers and inquiring into generality and individuality o f both writers'. The More important is this theses puts to use feminism li terature criticize,to make a concrete analysis of concrete text.First,all the women in novels by Zhang Jie and Park Wan Seo tried to f ind their identities,We can feel and tell this that it is a woman's real mod of living that in these contests they live as the independent human be ings,find a genuine self,and establish the identity.Relationship between mother and daughter is particularly close in their novel. However there are still some difference between two writers,becaus e there are some difficult in the individual experience and in the society background. Zhang' s Mother is always a supporter of the daughter,However Park's Mother replaced father in her life.And we will find 'sisterhood' and 'relationship' between of women in nov el of Zhang jie,It is proved to Zhang jie have more development station i n practice of female writing.To make a concrete analysis of the two writers and their text,we will find characteristics of female literature in China and Korea,and will for ecast their future development...
