Borges, one of the modern famous poets and novelists in Argentine, has gained great reputation all over the world. Among all his works, Borges creates an unique style which is full of exotic and fantasy images, especially in his fictions. Besides that, Borges'dense interest in China culture, which exemplifies the mysterious orient culture, has also fostered his constant composition in creating images of China in his fictions. All of these form a relatively complete sequence of China's image. The relatively complete sequence images of China in Borges'fictions are full of the most valuable materials for the image of the Comparative Literature Studies. Drawing on the text close-reading on Borges'fictions, we start with the internal study of vocabulary catalogue, which bases on the analysis of the relative lexical meaning to set up a systemic classification. To take a step further, it provides a clear subject in the study of image and finds the inner relations of the vocabulary in the text and discovers the inner logic and deviation. In the process of classifying and analyzing vocabulary, the grades of the Me-Narrator-Local culture and?Character -Other-Described culture are beginning to shape. After setting all theses hierarchical relationships, being as a narrator, Borges built a series of images of China.Simultaneously, in the perspective of external study, we trace Borges'fiction plots and conclude that: Borges was short of searches for primary sources and his bias was obvious, nevertheless, he broke away from these conventions in some sense and reconstructed the images of China in his standing. In the course of reforming the images of China, Jorge Luis Borges rebuilt images of China, which was mysterious, marginal and rigid, by breaking the western social collective imagination and space-time imagination towards China. The images of China created by Borges not only exist in the way of innovative features, but also unavoidable misreading and misinterpretation. It vividly reflects the culture communications and conflicts in the context of globalization nowadays. Therefore , with the research of the images of China in Borges' fictions, we can develop our own culture and promote cultural Communication.
