Cultural and creative enterprises is a new business paradigm, It has been growing with the development of knowledge economy. Out of the new century, the countries of all over the word began to shift resources to low-carbon in order to make their economic development for long-term.Because the low energy and high value-added products are very important points to the cultural and creative enterprises, which are the advantages appealing to the countries to develop this type of business. Especially in developed countries, the cultural and creative enterprises grow rapidly, there have been many large-scale internationally competitive cultural and creative company. In China, the cultural and creative business has just started, but supporting by policy and learning from foreign countries make chinese companies grow up rocketly. The purpose of this paper is to study cultural and creative businesses through the growth process of innovation, and analyze the growth stage of the source and the essential elements of innovation, hoping to help the Chinese cultural and creative enterprises which is in the growth stage.This paper base on use of literature study, comparative study, empirical analysis and case study. Try to do in-depth on the innovation of the growth of cultural and creative enterprises. The wiriter tries to establish the cultural and creative growth model not only accodring to combing through the literature and compareing to the growth of the excellent cultural and creative enterprises home and abroad,but also combing with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. And chooses a local excellent cultural and creative enterprises to validating the model at last.This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is an introduction, including the background and significance. The second chapter is literature review about the Enterprise Growth Theory and the related concept of cultural and creative enterprises. The third chapter is a comparative study.The writer selects three representative cultural and creative enterprises to compare with their growth. Chapter IV is model study base on the second and third chapters of the analysis,and establishes the innovation and growth model of the cultural and creative enterprise. The final chapter is a case analysis, the writer sets of local cultural and creative enterprises into the model validation.
