| Purpose:View Chaning Decoction on arrhythmia ventricular premature beats (Qi and Yin deficiency) clinical efficacy, safety, and to further explore its mechanism of action, laying a foundation for the clinical application.Material and method:Will be selected arrhythmia ventricular premature beats (Qi and Yin deficiency) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, which observed 31 patients in the control group 29 cases. Western conventional treatment control group (β—receptor blocker) in the observation group to Ningxin Tang (Decoction of morning and evening hours for a pay service), a course of 2 weeks.Results:1 Comparison of dynamic ECG before and after treatment in both groups: two groups of patients before and after treatment room early (times / 24 hours) effect of comparison: the observation group 1023±624.9 before treatment, after treatment, 501±537.2, 522.2±335.49 difference before and after treatment; the control group 821±359.8 before treatment, after treatment, 537.9±491.7, 280.7±523.85 difference before and after treatment. The two groups before and after treatment the average heart rate (beats / min) compared: observation group 68.2±4.61 before treatment, after treatment, 65.9±4.78; control group before treatment to 71.6±6.39; 56.8±5.20 after treatment;2 Efficacy in patients with premature ventricular beats before and after treatment compared two groups: clinical total effective rate was 77.42%, total effective rate of the control group 51.72%;3 TCM symptoms before and after treatment effects were compared two groups: clinical total effective rate was 93.54%, control group was 79.31% effective.Conclusion:Ningxin Tang on arrhythmia ventricular premature beats (Qi and Yin deficiency) patients to determine efficacy and good safety. |
