Purpose:Animal model of allergic purpura production and Modified Lithospermum Tom purpura on an animal model of allergic mechanismMaterial and method:Methods RabbitⅢtype hypersensitivity, the overall conditions in the perspective of the cellular immune Modified Lithospermum anaphylactoid purpura Treatment Study.Results:1. Modified lithospermum decoction can reduce the RabbitⅢ-type hypersensitivity skin reaction intensity, and the model group decreased swelling diameter (P <0.05) were significantly different.2. Modified lithospermum decoction can reduce the IL-2 serum levels on RabbitⅢ-type hypersensitivity model (P> 0.05), there is a tendency, no significant difference.3. Modified lithospermum decoction can reduce the CIC serum levels on RabbitⅢ-type hypersensitivity model (P> 0.05), there is a tendency, no significant difference.Conclusion:The results show that,Ⅲ-type hypersensitivity can be used as an animal model of allergic purpura, flavored soup Lithospermum type hypersensitivity skin irritation onⅢinhibitedⅢtype hypersensitivity in rabbits on circulating immune complexes (CIC) and the IL -2 levels inhibit the trend. Modified Radix decoction can lead to serum levels of circulating immune complexes decreased, while typeⅢallergy restraining, this may be the treatment of allergic purpura mechanisms.
