Objective:Analysis of the relationship between the occurrence and severity of Henoch-Schonlein purpura HSP and 25-OH-D level. Methods:A total of 50 chirldren with Henoch-Schonlein purpura diagnosed in the department of pediatrics of the Handan Central Hospital from October 2016 to December 2018 as the observation group. In the same period of time,50 out-patient healthy children were randomly selected as the control group.According to the clinical symptoms, the observation group was divided into simple skin group?5 cases?,arthrosis group?21 cases?,digestive tract symptom group?6 cases?,kidney syndrome group?0 cases?and mixed group?18 cases?.According to the severity of the disease, the observation group was further divided into mild syndrome group?n=22?and serious syndrome group?n=28?.LC-MS/MS was used to detect the 25-OH-D level in the observation group and the control group, and the immune transmission turbidimetry was used to detect the IgA,IgG,IgM level in the observation group. Results:The level of 25-OH-D in the observation group?17.554±5.949ng/ml?was lower than that in the control group(26.138±7.783ng/ml,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The level of 25-OH-D in severe group?15.007±5.409?was lower than that in mild group?20.781±5.061ng/ml?,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The rate of 25-OH-D deficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was significant difference in the distribution of vitamin D between the two groups.(?2=12.464,P<0.05).The level of 25-OH-D in simple skin group?25.560±4.769ng/ml?was significantly higher than that in joint symptom group?18.038±5.376 ng/ml?,digestive tract syndrome group?16.250±4.058 ng/ml?and mixed group?15.144±5.778ng/ml?,but there was no significant difference in 25-OH-D level between joint symptom group, digestive tract symptom group and mixed group. The results of Pearson univariate correlation analysis showed that the level of 25-OH-D was negatively correlated with the level of IgA in children with HSP?r=-0.401,P=0.004?,but not with the level of IgG,IgM?r=0.137,0.156,P>0.05?.The level of IgA in severe group was significantly higher than that in mild group?P<0.05?.Conclusions:25-OH-D may be involved in the pathogenesis of HSP in children with HSP.The serum 25-OH-D may influence the content of IgA in the body, thus affecting the occurrence and development of HSP.
