| Objective:To study the Lithospermum Qing Dian Tang in treating Henoch Schonlein purpura is effective, the impact on laboratory indexes.Methods :this study included 60 patients, consistent with Henoch-Schonlein purpura patients choose the hospital diagnosis, according to the different divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group, 30 cases in each group. Chinese medicine treatment with Lithospermum Qing Dian Tang decoction, Xuefu Zhuyu tablets in treatment and Western medicine control group with loratadine syrup, vitamin C tablets, troxerutin tablets in the treatment of. Comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups. The two groups were observed before and after treatment, the improvement of main clinical symptom, recurrence rate and recurrence factors, complement(C3, C4) determination, immunoglobulin(Ig A, Ig G, Ig M, Ig E) changes of quantitative determination, the D-D data.Results :1.in the total efficiency, TCM treatment group and Western medicine control group after one week treatment and total effective rate were 46.67%, 56.67%, X- value is 1.201, no significant difference(P > 0.05). After two weeks of treatment, the total efficiency of respectively 86.67%, 76.67%, X- value is 2.003, no significant difference(P > 0.05). Two months after treatment, the Chinese medicine treatment group total effectiveness is higher than that of Western medicine control group, Chinese medicine treatment group 96.67%, control group of Western medicine 86.21%, X- value is 5.124, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), better than western medicine control group, Chinese medicine treatment group curative effect. The treatment group of 30 patients completed 4 cycles of 19 cases, the completion of 2 courses of 11 cases, the treatment group cured 18 patients 17 patients completed 4 courses, 1 patients completed only 1 courses; effective and ineffective in 12 patients were only completed 2 courses. Presumably, length and the curative effect of TCM treatment group using Lithospermum Qing Dian Decoction in treating Henoch-Schonlein purpura is positively related to the course of.2.main clinical symptoms to improve the situation, in the skin purpura disappearance time comparison, western medicine group is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(P < 0.05). The level of Ig A was significantly higher than that of the non recurrent group, with significant difference(P < 0.01); no significant difference between two groups in Ig G, Ig M, C3, C4 levels(P > 0.05).5. Effects of traditional Chinese medicine laboratory index, the treatment group after treatment significantly reduced levels of group D-D, there were significant differences(P < 0.01), the D-D level of control group after treatment of Western medicine is reduced, there is significant difference between group comparison(P < 0.05). Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment, Ig A, Ig E level were significantly decreased after treatment, there was significant difference(P < 0.01), after treatment, Ig G value reduced, there is significant difference between before and after the therapy(P < 0.05). Below the Ig A, Ig G, Ig E levels after treatment in western medicine control group before treatment, there were significant differences before and after treatment(P < 0.05). Obvious changes beforeConclusion :1.Lithospermum Qing Dian Tang node in treating Henoch-Schonlein purpura is more effective than the simple use of conventional treatment of Western medicine is more obvious.2. In the skin purpura disappearance time comparison, western medicine group is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.3.
