Purpose:1. The establishment of multiple stress induced rat model of chronic fatigue2. Invastigating correlatian between chronic fatigue stress and hypothalamus - pituitary - thyroid axis (HPT axis) target abnormal hormone expression3. Observing the change of thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), total three typical thyroid original acid (T3) in Animal model of chronic fatigue, and acupuncture intervention effecting on these indicators。Method:By ueing restraint, swimming, hanging, day and night reversed, bottles and other stress factors to stimulate the establishment of rat model of chronic fatigue; sugar consumption, M water maze, open field test, exhaustive swimming test and other indicators of behavior and body weight, body temperature and other vital signs were examined,to determine the feasibility and scientificness of multiple stress factors Taking acupuncture as a means of intervention, puncture at Baihui, Zusanli and Taichong,to Observe intervention on multiple stress Acupuncture Chronic Fatigue Rats TRH, TSH, T3 indicators and the impact of changes in HPT axis。Result:It was found that, after the modeling, model group, the general state and behavioral studies of the quality indexes reach the expected results, body weight, body temperature was significantly decreased compared with normal,Obvious physical fatigue.Learning and memory decline,Fluctuation range of emotions,Has prompted the formation of mental fatigue in rats. The acupuncture intervention can relieve the symptoms in rats,Increase the rat stamina and endurance; improve learning and memory; An improvement of abnormal mood; While acupuncture can also improve TRH, TSH, T3 hormone levels,To suppress the HPT axis function is restored. Conclusion: 1. The rat model of chronic fatigue established, By Multi-factor stress method is similar to human in behavioral changes and clinical manifestations of CFS, CFS can be used as an animal model study.2. Abnormal changes of Hypothalamus - pituitary - thyroid axis inhibition and hypothalamus TRH, pituitary TSH and serum T3 levels, may be the pathological mechanism of CFS.3. Acupuncture can regulate levels of TRH, TSH, T3 hormone in rat model of chronic fatigue, improve Inhibition of HPT axis; Repair physical fatigue and mental fatigue,So it is effective for the treatment of CFS.
