| Purpose:1. Research to chronic fatigue syndrome multiple stress in the rat model of plasma norepinephrine (NE), norepinephrine, adrenaline (epinephrine, E) and dopamine (DA) and dopamine, the correlation of chronic fatigue syndrome. 2. to investigate factors cause of acupuncture intervention chronic fatigue effect of rat SAS axis.method:Application method of multiple stress (including swimming, bondage, empty bottles stimulation and has turned night into day) establish a chronic fatigue model of rats. Made by end of mould in rats, the general state observation, M water maze experiment, sugar water consumption experiment, field test and exhaustion swimming experiments to compare made before and after die mould maker rats, which concluded that the difference between success made die Acupuncture intervention group continues to build mode of foot while sp6, st36,100 will point to cupping treatment. Acupuncture intervention ended, through enzyme-linked immunosorbent adsorption method to detect all rats serum E, the content of NE, DA changes, observation of many factors cause acupuncture intervention chronic fatigue model of rats serum E, the influence of NE, DA.Results;Build mode ended, model rats in the general condition and behavioral detection indexes with normal rats were significantly different. Model rats, weight, temperature to drop, learning and memory ability inferior to that of normal rats. Laboratory parameters testing also found model rats, serum en, E, DA was obviously higher than that of normal group. Acupuncture can obviously improve the rat fatigue, improve model rats, weight and learning and memory capacity, acupuncture can also reduce rat models catecholamine level.Conclusion: 1. Serum catecholamine(NE,E,DA) content chronic fatigue syndrome hypertension may be one of the pathogenesis.2. Acupuncture can improve chronic fatigue model rats, reduce fatigue rat models serum catecholamine (NE,E,DA) content, treatment is effective method of chronic fatigue syndrome. |
