Purpose: To investigate patients with symptoms of depression and anxiety and the incidence of, and the results can be drawn。Method:Zung's SDS (self-rating dep ression scale, SDS) and anxiety rating scale (self-rating anxiety scale, SAS) on 157 cases of diabetes were assessed, while observing the patient's waist to hip ratio , BMI, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C), for 2 consecutive weeks, fasting blood sugar (FBG) and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (FBG2H) and other indicators to explore the different characteristics of diabetes, depression and anxiety, and for statistical analysis .Results:1. Diabetic patients depression score and the prevalence rates were (39.65±10.41) points and 50.3%, significantly higher than the crowd. Anxiety score (36.12±7.55) min, also significantly higher than non-diabetic group. Each course of depression or various complications compared with the control group had significantly (P <0.05), anxiety group in addition to 5 years duration and 2 patients with complications following no significant difference between the control group of foreign (P> 0.05) The remaining 2 course group or an array of complications compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0.05); different course of disease or complications of depression compared to the situation were different (P <0.05), but 5 years ,5-10 year course or 2 ,2-4 the following complications in patients with no significant difference between the anxiety (P> 0.05), but both with more than 10 years duration or more than five complications of anxiety were significantly different (P <0.05).2. Patient age and obesity index reflects hip ratio, BMI or without depression, anxiety state of the difference was not significant, but HbA1C and two weeks of FBG, FBG2H mean, in the state of whether the difference between depression and anxiety statistically significant.Conclusion:Diabetes patients with depression, a higher incidence of anxiety, depression high blood sugar levels is one possible risk factors.
