With the rise of service outsourcing industry, at home and abroad will be adopted by most organizations, business process outsourcing to improve the organization's core competitiveness, the medical field is no exception. In other countries, abounds with examples of outsourcing of medical services. However, the medical organizations as knowledge-intensive organizations, the process of outsourcing in the service, in addition to focus on economic interests, should also be concerned about the outsourcing of the two sides in the process of cooperation in cross-sharing of knowledge and explore the factors that affect the cross-sharing of knowledge, thus enhance each other's knowledge-sharing effect. In this paper, from the service outsourcing and knowledge-sharing related to theory, the right domestic and foreign factors on medical knowledge-sharing of research a more in-depth analysis. Knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge management, nurturing knowledge-sharing capabilities, and thus leads to a knowledge-sharing theory and its model of influencing factors. Secondly, based on explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge into the theory of summing up factors related to knowledge-sharing literature, combined with medical knowledge of the characteristics that affect the final refined medical knowledge service outsourcing in the cross-sharing of the most important of the four factors, namely the main characteristics of, knowledge characteristics, relationships among partners, environmental fluctuations, and suggest the hypothesis that the two sides of the main characteristics of outsourcing of knowledge cross-sharing of objective performance and subjective performance has a positive impact; knowledge of characteristics of cross-sharing of outsourcing of knowledge of both objective performance and subjective performance has the reverse effect; partnership relations between the two sides of outsourcing of knowledge cross-sharing of objective performance and subjective performance of a positive impact; environmental fluctuations on the outsourcing of cross-sharing of knowledge of both objective performance and subjective performance of a reverse impact; the same time, outsourcing services built cross-sharing of medical knowledge in the conceptual model of influencing factors. Third, according to four key factors, assumptions and models, using empirical analysis methods, survey data processing, selection of Amos statistical analysis software reliability and validity testing, and on this basis, the use of model evaluation, the proposed. All the index method to test assumptions and models, and draw a final conclusion: the relationship between partners and the main characteristics of the performance of cross-sharing of medical knowledge, there is a significant positive correlation, knowledge characteristics and cross-sharing of medical knowledge into the performance of anti-correlated fluctuations cross-sharing of medical knowledge and objective performance was positively correlated with the subjective performance counter-related. Fourth, for the four main factors affecting the promotion of service outsourcing in the cross-sharing of medical knowledge to make specific policy proposals, namely the establishment of knowledge-sharing organization, strengthen leadership and the importance of knowledge sharing and strengthen the overall quality of staff training, and to provide good information technology support.
