Health care, as one of the three major livelihood issues in China, has been always at the forefront of public focus. The voice that "medical treatment is difficult and expensive" can be heard without end. The crux of this phenomenon lies in that medical and health service has been taken the road of high level, low coverage and unreasonable resource allocation. How to use limited resources to guarantee the people’s health and fair and high effective health services to the utmost extent is the current challenge we are facing.Currently, the status quo of medical and health services in China is that high level hospitals are overcrowded and overloaded while low level hospitals are few visitors and idleness of equipment.How to improve the medical service level of small hospital, to increase the medical service efficiency of big hospital, to make patients choose the appropriate hospital according to their state of illness, to take full advantage of medical resources are the subjects of this paper.On the basis of making clear about research subject, this paper introduces knowledge sharing method to solve the problem. With the development of knowledge management theory and practice, research of knowledge sharing has been attracted worldwide attention. Knowledge sharing is prerequisite and important component of knowledge management, and is also the difficult point and main point in the research field of knowledge management nowadays. Therefore, based on the importance and significance of knowledge sharing, this paper takes it as one way to solve the problem of unreasonable and unbalanced resource allocation. It is expected that under the influence of knowledge sharing behavior medical resources can be allocated secondarily in one hospital or among hospitals so that make full use of medical resource, improve the efficiency and quality of service of all levels of hospitals, and ease the situation of "difficulty to see doctor"The research focus and results of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects:First, coming up with questions. This paper reviewed the related research results of knowledge sharing, and introduced the characteristics and significance of medical knowledge; summarized the four models and analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of foreign public medical service system; According to the survey data of patient selection, analyzed the current situation of China’s medical tendency and its deep reasons.Secondly, solving the problem. Based on the characteristics of medical knowledge, breaking the boundaries between hospital levels, put forward the innovative method cross-sharing of knowledge and its importance and significance; forming cross-sharing of medical knowledge system, and dividing the system into two parts:the inside knowledge sharing system and hospital knowledge alliance knowledge sharing system; innovatively bring the concept of the knowledge alliance into medical and health services, systematically expounding the operation mechanism system, according to the different cross sharing system, established the conceptual model. On this basis, gave an analysis of the system in daily operation of how hospital to achieve.Third, doing empirical research. On the basis of previous research and knowledge sharing in hospital status, analyzed the factors that influence the cross-sharing of medical knowledge, put forward the corresponding hypothesis, with the reference of mature scale, designed questionnaire, obtained data after the questionnaire, using SPSS statistical analysis tool to test the hypothesis, draw the conclusion of the main factors affecting the knowledge sharing; in addition, considering the individual differences, took knowledge individual information under consideration, testing whether gender, age, education, title and other factors affect the cross-sharing of knowledge.Finally, giving policy suggestion and preview.
