| Online creative outsourcing means enterprises conduct its research and development by obtaining external creative resources via the internet,which has been widely acknowledged by many enterprises,talents and scholars,however there are some obstacles such as the difficulty in matching the supply and demand,the concern for information safety,and the cost during the early stage.Thus it is rather essential to explore an effective mechanism of matching the tasks and talents,to assist in building the competency of a talent,in which his knowledge structure is a hard core.This research focuses on the healthcare sector,aiming at the formalization of a medical talent’s knowledge structure,and utilizes related text including the training programs of colleges and resident doctor program,text related to courses,academic literature,questions and answers on the healthcare consulting websites as the source,explores the automatic method of identifying,extracting domain knowledge of medical talents by using natural language processing technology,based on the medical dictionary library.This paper first analyses the constitution of a medical talent’s knowledge structure and the related corpus sources.Then we examine the automatic extraction and formalization of a medical talent’s training program from internet resources based on former research.After that we explore the method of extraction of knowledge items from semi-structured and unstructured text in a more detailed level.Besides,we discuss the formalization of a medical talent’s knowledge structure,and decide to express a medical talent’s domain knowledge structure by using the knowledge tree,and discuss the problem of merging and similarity computing of knowledge trees.Finally,we analyze the network-based automatic extraction system of knowledge structure of medical talents,and completes the implementation and testing.The whole research provides better tools and methods for the formalization of the competency of talents,and will lay the foundation for the matching of medical talents’ knowledge structure and outsourcing tasks. |
