In this paper, we studyed the preparation, analysis and antimicrobial testing of the solid chlorine dioxide, according to doing a lot of research, and corresponding contrast experiments with several best-selling products on the market.Most of the stability solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant are white powder, tablet, block agent, colloid and other forms, it has many propertys, such as simple use, portable, long period, small storage space, no air pollution and so on. In this study the laboratory-made stability of powdered solid chlorine dioxide, the main component is sodium chlorite, acid, stabilizing agent and coating agent, it is a white powder, aqueous solution is yellow-green liquid. We study the chlorine dioxide test methods, and compared with test results of three other kinds of best-selling products, discussed the best testing methods. Finally, though the suspension quantitative bactericidal test, compared the bactericidal effect results with these different kinds of product and receive homologous conclusion. |
