Astragalus Injection In Lung Cancer, The Efficacy And Safety Of Perioperative Observation

Purpose:Discuss the effection of cardiopulmarnary function, heptic function and renal funtion for injection of mongolian milkvetch root.Or so to discuss the ccomplication of it for peroperative period in luncancer.Material and method:All the cases came from Liaoning Tumor Hospital,it was to study and research the object at random divided for compare two sets.Two groups all for operationment.,and treatment groups to applicable for Huang qi injection,but the camparble groups only applicable for 5% glucose injection.Find the observed value in all the patients.Before and after treatment,obsetvering correlative clicnicalsympotoms and various kinds of lab indiction,standed for evluation.Results showed that life quality score was significantly higher in test group than that in control group(p<0.05) .Extract 30 cases from each group at random for observing chest drainge variation and exacted by variance statistics.Results:1. There was significant difference between control group and treatment group.The results show that the treatment group has superiority at liver and renal function from control group.2. It show that no statistical significance for estimatedvalue at Ck or WBC.3.There was evident disperity beween two groups for arrhythmia or S-T segment change.It also shows that treatment was simple,safe,and well-tolerable.4.It shows that H uangqi injection without causing evident hamful reactions but have superiority at the value for chestdrainge.Conclusion:1. That it was showed Huangqi injection evidently decreased complications of surgery and improve the cure rate in operative patientd during postoperative period.2.It shows that Huangqi injection group has low complications and to raise recovery rate.3. With a charater of precise curing effect and low side effect ,also Huang qi injection was as safe,cheap.
