Background:At present, alcoholic beverages can be seen from time to time and can be seen everywhere, ever since human beings have been documented, alcoholic beverages had been associated with the history of mankind civilized. However, with the level of human science and technology advances, more and more evidence that:alcohol given people better sensory enjoyment, also caused tremendous damage to the body, especially in the cardiovascular system, its injury is more prominent. As we all know, cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of today's human death, then how much alcohol can cause changes in the cardiovascular system and what changes? With that issue in-depth study,Is bound to the human eye toward the issue deeper. Objective: To reveal the protective effect of vitamin C and taurine of chronic alcoholism, IL-1 and IL-6 changesMethods:80 healthy male Wistar rats were officially observed in the laboratory prior to testing, the normal feeding rats a week, including a daily record of each animal's food and water consumption. A week later experimental groups:blank control 16; alcohol group 16; alcohol+ taurine group 16; alcohol+Vitamin C16 only; alcohol+Vitamin C+Taurine 16 built a model of chronic alcohol consumption for 20 weeks. Modeling methods:in drinking water by adding 2-4g /(kg·d); with the TAU methods:in drinking water by adding TAU2%. Measurement of body weight once a week; food consumption once a day; animals were killed at the 20th weekend, indicators of the serum for testing.Results:1 interleukin-1βtest results of the blank control group (0.0586±0.0037) compared with rats of alcohol serum IL-1(0.2930±0.0088)significantly increased the OD value difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).. Compared with alcohol, alcohol+taurine group (0.1548±0.0069); ethanol+vitamin C group (0.1956±0.0075); alcohol+taurine+vitamin C group (0.0860±0.0075) three groups of interleukin 1βOD values of a much lower level, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).. Taurine+vitamin C group synergy of interleukin-1βlevels were somewhat lower (P<0.05).2 Interleukin-6 test results and interleukin-1 have similar statistical findings that vitamin C+taurine group of the lowest concentration, alcohol group of the highest, but were higher than the control group (0.0547±0.0017), the difference statistically significant (P<0.05)..Conclusion: Compared with the control group, alcohol group of IL-1βand interleukin-6 serum levels were significantly higher, that ethanol group compared with the strong inflammatory response. At the same time with vitamin C or taurine plus group of two kinds of inflammatory mediators in the serum concentration is much smaller, that vitamin C and taurine on the cardiovascular system protection. At the same time combined with vitamin C and taurine group of the two lowest concentrations of inflammatory mediators, indicating both combined use of alcohol-induced damage to the cardiovascular system, the strongest protective effect.
