Kidney damage in cardiovascular disease has increasingly attracted people' eyes. We can usually see kidney damage in ischemia heart diease, untrolled hypertention, as well as in heart failure. Some scholars have proposed that cardiovascular disease is an independent factor for the decrease of kidney function and its progress. The Chinese medicine therapy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in curing cardiovascular and kidney disease is significantly effect, which indicats a good prospect.This thesis includes 2 parts:literature review and experiment research.Part 1:The fist literature introduces research progress on kidney damage in cardiovascular disease and its possible mechanism, the second and third literature review the history of the therapy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, its function mechanism and current status in curing cardiovascular and kidney disease.Part 2:Intervention research of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy on kidney damage in myocardial ischemia rats.Objective:To observe the intervention effect of Shuxuetong injection, Dansen injection, Chuanxiongqin injection and Dengzhanhuasu injection on kidney damage in myocardial ischemia rats.Methods:Select 8 rats (half male and half female) randomly from the total number of 60 as normal group, other rats were treated with coronary artery ligation to creat myocardial ischemia models, discarding the dead ones and those whose ECG were negative, then they were divided into 5 groups randomly (8 rats in each group):model group, Shuxuetong injection group, Dansen injection group, Chuanxiongqin injection group and Dengzhanhuasu injection group. After creating models, all the rats in drug groups received drug injection per day for 14 days. ECG, blood biochemistry, urinary biochemistry and pathological changes were tested in all groups on the 15th day.Results:1.The positive rate of ischemic ECG and the serum level of creatine kinase (CK) decreased after the therapy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(P<0.05); 2. Creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) was higher than model group after the therapy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis (P<0.05); 3. The serum level of IL-Iβ, TNF-αdecreased after the therapy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis (P<0.05); 4. The heart and kidney pathology were improved after the therapy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Conclusion:The therapy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can improve kidney function and relieve the state of myocardial ischemia in animal models. |
