Results:the expression of TGF-β1mRNA in myocardi al tissue of model group, smad3mRNA were significantly increased (P<0.05), d ecreased expression of Smad7mRNA.Traditional Chinese medicine group could reduce the myocardial tissue of TGF-β1mRNA, smad3mRNA expression, increa sing the expression of smad7mRNA,drug group compared with the model grou p significantly increased the number of c-kit cells, and can reduce the patholog ical injury of myocardial tissue. Traditional Chinese medicine group and Wester n medicine group were compared with no significant difference of TGF-β1mR NA, the expression of smad3mRNA (P>0.05).Conclusion:the method of activati ng blood and removing stasis can effectively inhibit myocardial remodeling afte r acute myocardial infarction. |
