Vascular Parkinsonism Syndrome Characteristics And Syndrome Of Motor Symptoms Relationship

Purpose:Patients with general information on VPS and four diagnostic information collections revised Hoehn and Yahr stage and Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) III. With Parkinson's disease (PD) for comparison to explore similarities and differences between the two.Materials and Methods:Collection of clinical diagnostic criteria consistent with VPS or out-patient PD and 91 cases of hospitalized patients, including 50 cases of VPS group, PD group of 41 patients. Detailed history and clinical data collection, the clinical syndrome in the investigation, collecting UPDRS-Ⅲscore and modified HY staging data, creating databases, data analysis using SPSS software.1. For VPS group, PD group and all patients included gender, age, TCM, HY stages of statistical data.2. For VPS syndrome group in age, onset age, duration, UPDRS-III score, HY stage and the Chinese comparative information on the various syndromes and UPDRS-III analysis of the correlation.3. For VPS group and PD group age at the same syndrome, age at onset, UPDRS score, HY staging data comparative analysis.Results:The clinical study included 50 patients with standard VPS,41 patients with a total of 91 cases of PD patients. When the syndromes is endogenous winds, VPS Group UPDRS-III scores was higher than PD group.
