Purpose and meaning:TCM treatment of Parkinson's syndrome to consider integrity, conditioning and treatment, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce drug side effects, highlight the therapeutic advantage, clinically been widely accepted. At present, most Chinese medicine physicians provided for Parkinson's syndrome, syndrome there were big differences, for genotyping subjective syndromes, pathogenesis different focus, lack of drug laws and so on.Questionnaire, recording four diagnostics information, include:gender, age, systemic symptoms, and the symptoms of tongue and pulse, by using "syndrome elements differentiation" and integral method. Comparison syndrome elements related to gender, age. weight, occupation, education level of the difference; statistical analysis of the correlation between the each element. To investigate the number and composition of elements permit the formation syndromes. In central Taiwan, the average age of patients with Parkinson's syndrome was 75.6, predilection in old-old (70-79 years old), gender distribution of female:male is 1.24:1. Top ten symptoms are limbs tremor, gait instability, dizziness, limbs and joints with activities inconvenient, giddiness, thin white fur. thread pulse, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, malaise and fatigue. Integral averages of syndrome elements of internal organs followed by liver, kidney and meridians. The nature element of pattern integral average were blood deficiency, wind, yin deficiency, qi deficiency, yang deficiency, phlegm, dampness, blood stasis, heat; compared each nature element with statistically significant (P<0.05)?Comparison of the liver and kidney of internal organs syndrome elements integral, the increased with age and there is statistically significant.Statistics the nature element of pattern integral average by the age. wind, qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency were the highest in the oldest-old group; element of phlegm, dampness and heat were the highest in the young-old group:blood stasis was the highest in the old-old group.Statistics the internal organs syndrome elements integral average by the BM1 (Body Mass Index), all of liver, renal and meridians were highest in normal weight group. In the nature element of pattern integral average, blood deficiency, yin deficiency and qi deficiency were highest in underweight group:wind, phlegm and dampness were highest in weight obesity; blood stasis and yin deficiency were highest in weight normal Comparison between the groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1) Syndrome Parkinson's syndrome is characterized by limbs tremor, gait instability, dizziness, limbs and joints with activities inconvenient, giddiness, thin white fur, thread pulse, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, malaise and fatigue.(2) Syndrome element of Parkinson's syndrome distribution characteristics: the internal organs syndrome elements known as 3, were liver, kidney and Meridian; the nature element of pattern known as 9, were blood deficiency, wind, yin deficiency, qi deficiency, yang deficiency, phlegm, dampness, blood stasis, heat.(3) Syndrome elements with age, weight, duration of relevance, but there were different degrees of difference.(4) Common syndrome of type are Liver and kidney yin and blood deficiency syndrome, stirring wind syndrome? yang qi deficiency syndrome, yang-qi deficiency syndrome, Blood stasis syndrome of main and collateral channels, asthenia of qi and blood syndrome, phlegm-heat syndrome?(5) The nature element of pattern wind integral with age factor is low positive correlation. Wind integration increases because of their age. weight gain.
