Diabetic nephropathy (diabetic nephropathy, DN) is the most common and the most serious one of diabetes microvascular complications, which has emerged as the primary end-stage renal disease factor, and became one of the main reasons to the death of the diabetics. Therefore DN research has been taken great importance to the medical profession. At present, western medicine has no ideal treatment measures and medicines so if we explore the treatment of diabetic nephropathy from traditional medicine , which will show a great potential. With people's living standards improving, lifestyles changing, fine meals, exercises reducing, genetic factors become the foremost reasons to increase in diabetes incidence year after year. Poor blood sugar control gives rise to various complications, diabetic nephropathy are the most common clinical diabetic microangiopathy. Professor Li Xiaojuan study the history of medicine and clinical experience combined with multi-year incidence of diabetic nephropathy in diabetes.
