turbidity,detoxify and moisturizing eyeObjective: With the development of modern society and the changes of people's lifestyle and environment,the prevalence of Dry Eye(DE),which seriously affects people's work and life,increased year by year.As the innovation of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,the theory provides a new guiding ideology for many stubborn diseases treatments today.And the aim of this study is to apply the theory of Turbidity Toxin to the dry eye of ophthalmology,dissolving turbidity,detoxify and moisturizing eye as the main methods.Comprehensive treatment this disease caused by Turbidity Toxin.Further exploration of the pathogenesis and treatment of dry eye can be achieved by observing the clinical effects of 60 patients with dry eye.Methods: By discussing the theory of Turbidity Toxin,this paper expounds the pathogenesis of dry eye caused by turbid poisoning in modern society,and treats the dry eye based on the theory of Turbidity Toxin.The method was as follows: 60 cases of dry eye patients treated by ophthalmology from Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March2015 to December 2016 were collected and screened in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of dry eye caused by turbid poisoning.They were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30)respectively,the former group of 11 males and 19 females,aged 20-80 years;the later of 13 males and 17 females,aged21-75 years old.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment group was treated with self-product Huazhujiedurunmu decoction(drug composition: honeysuckle,scutellaria,cortex phellodendri,dried tangerine peel atractylodes,semen coicis,rhizoma anemarrhenae,radix ophiopogonis,radix Scrophulariae,dried rehmannia root,tree peony bark,angelica sinensis,the root of fangfeng,cicada slough,Chrysanthemum,semen cassiae,radix platycodi),acupuncture(acupuncture points: zanzhu,temple,Chengqi,Fengchi,Yiming,Baihui,Zhongwan,Tians-hu,Taichong,Qihai,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Fenglong,Yinlingquan).Wrap eye with traditional Chinese medicine hot package(ingredients: Cortex Phellode-ndri,Semen Cassiae,Sophora Flavescens,Chrysanthemum,Dandelion,Senecio Scandens),and given artificial tears(Sodium hyaluronate eye drops)and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(Pranoprofen eye drops).The control group was given artificial tears(Sodium hyaluronate eye drops)and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(Pranoprofen eye drops).For 15 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.The changes of clinical symptom scores,Schirmer I test(SIT),breakup time of tear film(BUT)and corneal fluorescein staining(FLT)were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results: Professor Bai Shimiao applied the theory of Turbid Toxin to the dry eye of ophthalmology,consider that the spleen and stomach,liver,lung,kidney dysfunction,endogenous turbid poison,consistent with exogenous toxin,can cause qi and blood stagnation,body fluid depletion,qi-blood-body fluid lost normal transportation,dry eye caused by lose nourish.Therefore,dissolving turbidity,detoxify and moisturizing eye as the main methods,both inside and outside,oral self-product Huazhujiedurunmu soup,with acupun-cture,traditional Chinese medicine hot package treatment.1 The scores of clinical symptom,SIT,BUT and FLT in the two groups before treatment were compared by statistically analyzed.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the scores of clinical symptom,SIT,BUT and FLT between the two groups were comparable.2 Comparison of the changes of clinical symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment.The scores of clinical symptoms in two groups were compared before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical symptoms of two groups after treatment improved.The scores of the two groups after treatment were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3 Comparison the integral changes of SIT,BUT and FLT before and after treatment in two groups.The scores of SIT,BUT and FLT were compared between before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups after treatment of these three indicators have improved.The scores of SIT,BUT and FLT were compared between the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4 There were excellence in 10 cases,effective 18 cases,ineffective in 2cases,the total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group;Control group was excellence in 0 case,effective in 23 cases,ineffective in 7 cases,the total effective rate was 76.67%.The efficacy of the two groups was compared,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group to dissolve turbidity,detoxify and moisturizing eye as the main methods was better than the control group.5 The study found that the ages of dry eye patients caused by Turbid Toxin mostly in the 40-59 years old,accounting for 43.33%.Conclusions:1 Author proposes the Chinese medisine pathology and treatment of dryeye in modern society based on theory of turbidity toxin,which has guiding significance.2 The pathogenesis of dry eye caused by Turbid poison: spleen and stomach,liver,lung,kidney dysfunction,endogenous turbid poison,consistent with exogenous toxin,can cause qi and blood stagnation,body fluid depletion,qi-blood-body fluid lost normal transportation,so that dry eye caused by lose nourish.Therapy:Dissolving turbidity,detoxify and moisturizing eye as the main methods.The use of self-product Huazhujiedurunmu soup,acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine hot package treatment.From inside and outside to treat the dry eye caused by turbidity toxin.3 The result of clinical study on dry eye based on theory of turbidity toxin shows that this treatment can improve obviously the clinical symptoms integration of patients who have dry eye,increase the integration of SIT,BUT,and decrease the integration of FLT.The curative effect is distinct.4 During treatment,the patient did not find any adverse effects associated with the treatment of the drug and the method.Indicating that the treatment is safe.
