Faced with an aging population, changes in disease, the excessive growth of medical expenses, country, units and individuals growing burden of diseases of economic scircum- tances, health care services around the world have found it hard to adapt to people's health services needs and demand, Especially for a developing country like China, at a lower le- vel of productivity, lack of funds, how to use their limited resources, so that more Chinese people to enjoy basic medical services, This article from the perspective of public- econo- mic study to explore Chinese medical reform, the current Chinese health care system to a- nalyze the health care system proposed in the current main problems, In response to these questions and put forward some proposals for reform of the medical system. Health care r- eform is the focus of government should increase input, increase in public hospitals, public and private hospitals with public-private partnerships, and give play to their strengths, and can make better use of private capital;, Further improve the medical insurance system,im- prove rural health care environment and community health services, increase the mobility of medical personnel, a clear physician-patient between the rights and obligations, set up a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
