has gradually deepened and advanced,and the people’s medical environment has gradually improved,and the medical conditions have been gradually improved.However,in the reform process,the medical and health sector has also continuously exposed some deep-seated problems,which restrict the improvement and development of my country’s medical and health undertakings.This article takes the medical and health system reform in Anhui Province as an example,gradually analyzes the problems that have emerged in the medical reform in Anhui Province,and based on the perspective of government responsibility,starting from the four perspectives of "provider","guarantor","guide" and "regulator".Analyze the causes of problems in the medical reform in Anhui Province and give targeted countermeasuresThis article mainly uses literature research method,statistical analysis method,inductive deduction method,actual investigation method and other methods to summarize the problems existing in the reform of the medical and health system in Anhui Province,and analyze the reasons,and finally give perfect countermeasures.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter elaborates the related concepts and theoretical basis of the medical and health system reform.The third chapter is divided into three sections.The first section systematically analyzes the reform process of the medical and health system in Anhui Province.It is mainly divided into four development stages: the initial stage of medical reform exploration,the orientation stage of medical
