Purpose:Detect gastropathy in patients with gastric mucosa and oral Candida infection,stomach illness and know the relationship between Candida infection; to Candida in patients with test results combined with Chinese medicine syndrome Candida Tongue explore the relevance of stomach diseases,traditional Chinese medicine pathogenicity of the relevant factors,from traditional Chinese medicine microecology reveal aspects of pathogenicity factors,to help guide the treatment of TCM.Material and method:Endoscopic biopsy of gastric mucosa and oral plaque derived materials,the application of the traditional culture method with Candida characteristic primer polymerase chain reaction(PCR) detection of Candida specimens positive rate,and through France CHROMagar chromogenic culture medium for Candida species identification;All patients developed symp- toms of acquisition based on information symptom questionnaire Schedule for inquiry investigations;tongue observation:in all cases as the observation of the tongue at early morning fasting carried out under natural light,digital camera Tongue collection,the patient as a unified description of the tongue and records. Through the investigation of Candida infection in patients with gastric symptoms characteristic of the relationship between Chinese medicine practitioners to explore Gastropathy Candida infection-associated pathogenic factors of traditional Chinese medicine.Statistical analysis:the use of sta- tistical software SPSS 16.0,according to a = 0.05 level test,(P<0.05) difference has statistical significance.Results:1.78 cases of gastropathy in patients with gastric candidiasis infection an average of 47.4 percent,one of gastric tumor tissue in patients with Candidapositive rate was 60.0%,56.5%for patients with peptic ulcer,erosive gastritis patients was 66.7%,light Table 26.3%for gastritis,atrophic gastritis was 20.0%; each group between the positive rate of Candida with superficial gastritis group, drawn by the X~2 test:pepticulcer group,erosive gastritis group the positive rate of Candida higher than the superficial gastritis group,there is statistically significant(P<0.05);atrophic gastritis superficial gastritis group and the group without statistical significance(P>0.05).2.78 cases of clinical gastropathy-positive patients with 37 cases of Candida infection,the Candida strains 31 cases of Candida albicans,Candida Krusei two cases,two cases of Candida's sleek,two cases of Candida tropicalis and other types of 1.3.The basis of symptom questionnaire to 78 cases of patients with stomach is divided into whitish tongue tongue,light red tongue,red tongue,dark red tongue four groups,combined with gastric mucosa of patients with Candida test results, between the four groups at Candida tongue infection cases,no significant difference (P>0.05).Patients with less tongue is divided into moss or moss,sheet moss,thick moss,greasy moss four groups,combined with gastric mucosa of patients with Candida test results,the groups are related to thin Carex group, thick and greasy moss moss of Candida-positive was significantly higher than that of thin Carex group,there is statistical significance(P<0.05);less moss or liverwort group compared with the thin moss was no significant difference (P>0.05).4.The basis of symptom questionnaire to 78 cases of patients with stomach is divided into whitish tongue tongue,light red tongue,red tongue,dark red tongue four groups,combining Gastropathy test results in patients with oral candidiasis, tongue between the four groups at Candida infection cases,no significant difference(P>0.05).Patients were divided into small tongue moss or moss,sheet moss,thick moss,greasy moss four groups,combining gastropathy in patients with oral candidiasis test results,the groups are related to thin Carex group, thick and greasy moss moss Group The positive rate of Candida was significantly higher than that of thin Carex group,there is statistical significance(P<0.05); less moss or liverwort group compared with the thin moss was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Erosive gastritis,pepticulcer,gastric cancer patients with a higher intra gastric exist Candida infection,Chronic superficial gastritis and chronic atro phic gastritis in patients with gastric candidiasis exist at lower rates;Candida albicans strains are the main infection.2.Intragastric infection of the stomach in patients with Candida clinical mani festations with the Chinese wet evil syndrome disease manifestations similar to those of Candida-related disease may be associated with wet spleen evil path ogenic factors.3.Gastropathy exist in patients with gastric microbial flora changes,Candida become dominant bacteria,tongue can reflect the pathological changes.
