Shugan Qi Yangyin Method The Therapeutic Effect Of Dry Eye

ObjectiveBy observing the out-patient subjects before and after treatment of subjective symptoms,tear secretion,tear film break-up time,fluorescein sodium staining and tearscope plus,we supervised the treatment effect and available range for dry eye of Liver-soothing and yin-nourishing medici-nals,that is,ShengmaiYin joint XiaoyaoSan.At the same time,we established the animal model for experiments to further.Methods1.Dividng 75 cases,150 eyes,which collected with the standard case into A:Group of sodium hyaluronate eye drops;B group:Chinese Canadian group of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.Treatment course for about a month,of which the Chinese Medicines Board Joint ShengmaiYin XiaoyaoSan,based on the composition of the drug as follows:10 grams of Chaihu,15 grams of Danggui,10 grams of Baishao,15 grams of Yunling,30 grams of shengdi,5 grams of mint,10 grams of Renshen, 15 grams of Wuweizi,10 grams of Maidong,10 grams of Shengbaizhu,10 grams of Fang feng,5 grams of Shenggancao.Drugs were used in the same batch,the decoction of Chinese medicine was by Chinese Academy of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Eye Hospital Room decocting designated under the conditions of the designated officer,Take the Chinese medicine nce a day,two suits.Sodium water glass eyes stake in Zhuhai limited federal pharmaceutical production,each drop,four times a day.2.According to the results of clinical trials,we analysis the treat-ment in which the main performance indicators,and preliminary analysis of the role of the treatment mechanism,then using New Zealand white rabbits for corresponding model with local points with atropine.After getting the model,all the indicators were in line with the diagnostic criteria of dry eye,and slit lamp examination showed corneal model dry and less shiny,fluorescein staining scattered had points and sheets coloring,and no significant hyperemia and abnormal secretion with con-junctival and margin.After the model successful,group were randomly divided into normal saline and Chinese medical treatment group.Then we did the observation in the model validity period and took the corres-ponding indicators before and after detection.Results1.The clinical trial follows the principle of control over the same period and a good consistency of the baseline,The treatment group and control group were randomized.2.Before and after treatment the patients generally obviously imp-roved with subjective symptoms,tear film break-up time,fluorescein sodium staining.Each group was generally with sub jective symptoms of dry to reduce discomfort.The patients conscioused tears increased.In the two groups,the tearscope plus and tear secretion after topical anesthesia of the group of joint Chinese medicine and eye drops was with significant statistical significance,and tear secretion before topical anesthesia of the two group were not with statistical significance.Thereby it suggests that the traditional Chinese medicine for patients with tear secretion and tear film stability may be improved.3.We get insufficient-secretion type of dry eye model On experimental rabbit model.The treatment group of rabbits' tear secretion and tear film break-up time significantly statistically significant(P＜0.01) with oral treatment of Chinese medicine,while the control group had no statistical significance,and the corneal staining of two groups before and after the treatment were not significantly improved.ConclusionLiver-soothing medicinals and yin-nourishing medicinals,that is the XiaoyaoSan joint ShengmaiYin,can ease symptoms and increase tear secre-tion,improve tear film stability,reduce ocular surface damage and pro-tect visual function.The role of its mechanism may be related to regul-ation of parasympathetic nerve function and increasionn the secretion of the lacrimal gland.
