China Urban Community Health Service Investment In The Benefit Study

The development of urban community health services is the important point to optimize allocation of urban health resources,effectively ease the problem that people seeking medical treatment is difficult and expensive.How to improve the input efficiency of urban community health services is the key of comprehensive reform of health because China has lack of resourses and a large number of people.This paper introduces the development of the researches in China and some foreign countries.At present,there is no relevant research about the" input efficiency of urban community health services",and this paper believe that the "input efficiency of urban community health services'can beflect the operation performance of the allocation of urban health resources because the allocation of urban health resources is aim to ensure that people in community can obtain a benefit from it.So research on how to ensure the "urban community health services" is of practical significance.The methods of this paper:First,the method of history survey.Analysising the status of input efficiency of urban community health services by how the behaving playing a rule on aim.Second,on the basis of systematic prinple,by combining the method of reasoning from logic and literature together,this paper dissects each link in the input efficiency of urban community health services at first,finds out the factor influencing input efficiency of urban community health services among them;then analyzes the problem existing in each influence factor of input efficiency of urban community health services;then,with the systematic view,overall,points out policy suggestion of macrocosmic,in the hope of improving the input efficiency of urban community health services,using health resource high-efficiently and rtionally,promoting the healthy development of input efficiency of urban community health service,promoting the level of people's health.This paper finds out:each factor of input efficiency of urban community health services doesn't exist isolatedly,they are interacting,influencing each other,any piece or several existence or change can influence factors among them.The problems existing in each influence factor doesn't exist isolatedly too,it is not then that we could solved out the problems with a simple,single method.The focus and the root of solving these problems is to change,improve government's function at all.Then maintain the whole health care system runs healthily and high-efficiently,use the health resources high-efficiently and rationally,and input efficiency of urban community health services can be ensured finally.
