Objective:To discuss the relation between CD4~+CD25~+T cells and cell factors(TGF-β1,IL-10) in peripheral blood in patients with lung cancer. Methods:The level of CD4~+CD25~+T cells in peripheral blood from 60 patients was measured by flow cytometry. The levels of TGF-β1 and IL-10 were measured respectively by EL ISA.30 healthy volunteers were determined.Results:1.The levels of CD4~+CD25~+T cells,TGF-β1 and IL-10 in peripheral blood from the patients were significantly higher than that of healthy volunteers(P<0.05).2.The levels of CD4~+CD25~+T cells,TGF-β1 and IL-10 were correlated with clinical stage(P<0.05),but not associated with pathologic classification(P> 0.05).3.The level of CD4~+CD25~+T cells was positively correlated with the levels of TGF-β1 and IL-10 in patients. Conclusion:The level of CD4~+CD25~+T cells,TGF-β1 and IL-10 in patients may be helpful to the assessments for the patients with lung cancer and to the therapy. |
