The study has researched the Swertia mileensis in the quality and application.In the respect of quality research, The stuy adopted UV method to determine the content of the total glycosides and Oleanolie acid , and adopted HPLC to determine the content of the swertiamarin, gentiopicroside, sweroside and Oleanolie acid in the Swertia mileensis. Established the method of quantitative analysis of Swertia mileensis.In the respect of application research ,we adopted the method of orthogonal experiment design to determine the extraction method of the total glycosides.We used total glycosides to study forming shaping artwork and quality criteria of the dripping pills, Which can provid consistence experimentation foundation or the clinical application and market exploitation.Through the research of this stutdy, we can control the quality of Swertia mileensis and provid the consistence foundation for the exploitation of Swertia mileensis...
