Backround:Cardiovascular disease is leading threat to human health,with increasingly morbidity and mortality.In China,with the development of economy and society,the incidence of cardiovascular disease has pushed into the first place.In recent years,Chinese traditional medicines have been concerned in the treatment of cardiovascular disease.inflammatory reaction is known as the core of the occurrence and development of arteriosclerosis.Nowadays,the treatment of compound Danshen dripping pills and Shenqiyiqi dripping pills to the cardiovascular disease has been accepted widely.Therefore,deep-going research the mechanism of two kings of medicine to the cardiovascular disease is very important to their clinical application.Objective:The clinical effect of compound Danshen dripping pills and Shenqiyiqi dripping pills to cardiovascular disease has been affirmed,but The exact mechanisms and efficacy still need to be further clarified.For offer the study data for treatment of cardiovascular disease,provide experimental basis for inical application,We designed this experiment.Methods:The ApoE gene knockout mice(ApoE-/-)fed with high-fat(HF)diet was used as arteriosclerosis model mice;the mice(ApoE-/-)fed with HF and injected with streptozotocin was used as diabetic arteriosclerosis model mice.Different concentration of compound Danshen dripping pills and Shenqiyiqi dripping pills were given by gavage,sampling and trimming 12 weeks ago,comparing plaque area and diameter of myocardial cells with the control group.With Ox-LDL or high glucose bathing the HAECs,different concentrations of compound Danshen dripping pills and Shenqiyiqi dripping pills were added,then analyzing the levels of the expressions of inflammation cytokines with western-blot.Results:1.Compared with the control group,compound Danshen dripping pills can reduce the plaque area of arteriosclerosis model mice;and can reduce the plaque area of diabetic arteriosclerosis model mice,reduce the diameter of hypertrophic myocardial cells as the same time.2.Compared with the contol group,Shenqiyiqi dripping pills can reduce the plaque area of arteriosclerosis model mice;and can reduce the plaque area of diabetic arteriosclerosis model mice,reduce the diameter of hypertrophic myocardial cells as the same time.3.Compound Danshen dripping pills can reduce the levels of the expressions of inflammation cytokines resulted from Ox-LDL or high glucose.4.Shenqiyiqi dripping pills can reduce the levels of the expressions of inflammation cytokines resulted from Ox-LDL or high glucose.Conclusion:Compound Danshen dripping pills and Shenqiyiqi dripping pills can inhibit inflammatory reaction of vascular endothelium,reduce the plaque area,check the progress of myocardial hypertrophy.The application of the two kinds of medicine has positive effect on treatment of cardiovascular disease.
