This paper was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation ofChina(Grant No.81060338).Swertiamarin is believed to be the effective iridoidingredient of Swertia mileensis,but becide on the preliminary experiments,we foundthat it can’t be detected in the extraction of raw materials in hot water.Consier to thisphenomenon,I guess the effective component of Swertia mileensis is notsweritamarin,it may be the transmulation product.This paper will be divided into twoparts. chemical research and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method to detect the steamed bravery in swertia mileensis bitter glycosides.Chemicalresearch of macroporous adsorption resin, using101-D positive phase silica gel,MCI-gel, octadecyl bonded silica gel and Sephadex LH-20packing such aschromatographic separation.I get eight compounds,becides on the basis of extensivespectroscopic and single-crystal X-ray crystallographic analyses,four compoundswere confirmed,they were named as Erythrocentaurin(1),SweritivarsinG(3),Angelone(4).High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to detectinstrument used for high performance liquid chromatograph,detected Swertiamileensis by different PH conditions of water extract.and the products of swertiamarinby heating water.In this paper,Swertiamarin in the water extract of Sertia mileensis willresolve and turned to other component,and the resolve speed will be different bydifferent Ph.This phenomen tell us,the main component was changed when you makethe madecin.This paper preliminary reveals the swertia mileensis after the waterextraction liquid material base, and through the high performance liquidchromatography (HPLC) method to determine the swertia food bitter nucleosidemonomers thermal conversion products do exist Yu Qingye bravery in water solution,and its content increased in the process of decoction. This study also preliminarilyreveals the scrub bravery in swertia food bitter glycosides in the decoction processtransfer into other compounds. The rich cycloalkene ether, including scrub bravery, terpenoids composition of drug production guidance and new drug development is ofgreat significance.
