Defeated Fine And Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis

Objective: To explore the relation between "Baijing" and Chronicabacterial prostatitis (CAP), the effect and mechanism of action of "Removing Baijing" therapy in treating the CAP.Method: 50 wistar rats were divided into five groups randomly:the blankgroup, the model group, the treated group with low dosage herbal, the treated group with middle dosage , the treated group with high dosage. Hemorrhoid injection was injected into prostate of the rats to establish Chronic abacterial prostatitis model similar to " Baijing " . "Tongyuhuazuotang" was irrigated into stomach of the rats of the treated groups, to observe its effect on index about inflamm and fibrosis.Result: "Tongyuhuazuotang" could cut down TNF-α,IL1-β,Fn,Ln inthe prostate of the CAP rats, improve blood circulation, ease prostate fibrosis.Conclusion: "Baijing" is relative with CAP. "Tongyuhuazuotang" canease local prostate inflamm, improve blood circulation, promote evacuation of the silting excreta, inhibit fibrosis, The mechanism of action may be related with cutting down TNF-α,IL1-β,Fn,Ln in the prostate of the CNP rats.
