Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of autologous-blood in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:Fifty-six chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into the case group(31 cases) and the control group(25 cases).The case group was treated with autologous-blood treatment and Cetirizine.The patients of control group have been treated with Cetirizine only.We observed the changes of clinical symptom and physical sign both groups for 12 weeks.Results:(1) The total effective rate of the case group(61.3%) is insignificantly compared with the control group(53.8%,P>0.05).(2) The alleviative rate of clinical symptom and physical sign between the both groups is insignificantly after therapy(P>0.05).(3) After therapy, the clinical symptom of itching decreases quite significantly in the case group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The autologous-blood in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria can be a subsidiary therapy in clinic.
