Integrative Medicine In The Treatment Of Refractory Nephropathy

Objective: This research aim to find out an TCM with Western medicine combination in refractory nephritic syndrome, to improve the clinical effect.Method: Adopting randomized control clinical trial method, 40 cases of refractory nephritic syndrome were divided into the Western medicine treatment group and the combination of TCM with Western medicine treatment group. Observing all the patients in the terms such as the cardinal symptom, physical sign, albuminuria, plasma-albumin, blood hypercoagulabale state and estimating the curative effect.Result: The effective rates of the control group is 65.0%, the effective rates of the treatment group is 84.2%, Significant difference was obtained through analysis of statistics between the total effective rates of two groups(P<0.05). Post-treatment of the treatment group can eliminate albuminuria,height plasma-albumin and blood hypercoagulabale state(P<0.05), and had Significant difference through analysis of statistics of two groups(P<0.05). The number of case of treatment group having untoward effect is reduce.Conclusion: Combination of TCM with Western medicine and simply western medicine can improve symptoms, reduce albuminuria and heighten plasma-albumin of refractory nephritic, and the effect of combination of TCM with Western medicine is better than simply western medicine.
