Retinal vein occlusion is a common retinal disease, but also a serious retinal circulation disorder, a greater impact on visual acuity. Most occur in the elderly, there was no significant difference between men and women, often single-lens reflex disease. In recent years with increased morbidity trends, has attracted a high degree of attention to the medical profession. Modern medicine for the treatment of many diseases, but many of instability. In order to find a simple, convenient, inexpensive and inspection of Chinese medicine treatment, we carried out this task.In this paper, using a combination of acupuncture and drug method, that is, point injected Yuanluoxin injection in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion, 46 cases of retinal vein occlusion patients were randomly divided into two groups. 23 patients with the treatment group Yuanluoxin injection point source injected with the control group Yuanluoxin intravenous injection. Both groups were 1 / d, 10d for a course of treatment, each treatment interval of 3 d, a total of three treatment. The observer founds that the treatment group, the total efficiency of 91.30% for the control group, the total efficiency of 73.91%, the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group. Ischemic and non-ischemic treatment and there is significant difference, central retinal vein occlusion and branch retinal vein occlusion before and after treatment there was significant difference (P <0.05), the effect of the latter are better than the former. Clearly, point injected Yuanluoxin injection in the treatment of RVO effective, and simple, economic, security, it is worth clinical application.
