| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yan Xue San Qi Long decoction (YXSQLD) on retinal vein occlusion (RVO), and supply scientific evidence for the clinical usage of YXSQLD.Methods:A total of 60 patients (60eyes) with RVO were chosen and divided randomly into YXSQLD group and west medicine group (WM). Each group containing 30 cases were respectively given YXSQLD and WM after diagnosis and followed up 3 courses of treatment. Cure 21 day is one course of treatment.In the two groups vigron,fundus and RCT are respectively expected before and after treatment.Result:The testing group is clearly different from the controlling goup(P<0.05).Conclude:YXSQLD can improve vision fundus and FFA.which may be related to its effect of improving microcirculation encouraging metabolism and abasing glutionous blood. |
