| Objective: To observe the first month OCT central macular,thickness change,ELM integrity and IS/OS integrity of conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation for macular edema secondary to ischemic branch retinal vein occlusion and observe its effects on the long-term prognosis of visual acuity.Methods : A retrospective analysis from December 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital for treatment of macular edema secondary to ischemic branch retinal vein occlusion in 41 cases patients,analyzed correlation of the age,sex,baseline visual acuity,baseline CMT,injection time,treatment after 1 months CMT value percentage reduction,IS/OS ELM,integrity with sixth months vision.According to the percentage of CMT decrease after vitreous cavity injection combined with laser photocoagulation 1 months is divided into non response group(less than 25%)and response group(> 25%),comparing the two groups the best corrected visual acuity and CMT after sixth months surgery.Results: the average baseline vision(log MAR)was(0.82±0.41)and the baseline CMT was(512.61±185.32)μm.The average percentage reduction of CMT in the first months was(0.41±0.24).The average visual acuity(log MAR)in the sixth months was(0.48±0.34).The average number of injections was(1.76±1.20).The percentages of baseline visual acuity(log MAR),CMT reduction at first months,and injection times were positively correlated with sixth months’ visual acuity(log MAR)(Pearson correlation coefficients were 0.545,0.701,0.471,P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.002).There was no correlation between baseline CMT and sixth months of visual acuity(P=0.52).1 months after operation,the average ELM integrity was(0.56±0.50),and the integrity of ELM was correlated with sixth months’ visual acuity(log MAR)(P=0.000).1 months after operation,the average IS/OS integrity was(0.41±0.50),and there was no correlation between IS/OS integrity and sixth months’ visual acuity(log MAR)(P=0.115).The non response group and response group in gender and age had no significant difference(P=0.096,P=0.767);the non response group,the baseline BCVA response group(log MAR)respectively(0.99 ±0.49),(0.73±0.34),the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.46);the two groups after treatment at sixth months(BCVA log MAR)respectively(0.86±0.23),(0.26± 0.14),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000),BCVA(log MAR)response group average value is less than the non response group.Two groups of baseline CMT respectively(443.27±141.35)μm,(552.62±198.01)μm,there was no statistically significant difference(P=0.07);the two groups after sixth months CMT respectively(398.93±104.87)μ m,(255.15±55.18)μm,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000),the average response group to reduce the amount of CMT was greater than the non response group.The average injection times of the two groups were(2.53±1.46)(1.31±0.74),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.01),and the average injection times in the non responders group were more than those in the responders.There were no complications such as endophthalmitis,iatrogenic cataract,high intraocular pressure,vitreous blood and so on.Conclusion: Conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation for the treatment of macular edema secondary to ischemic branch retinal vein occlusion in the first months: the more foveal retinal thickness decreased,the better visual acuity and the less injection times;reduce the value of less visual prognosis is poorer,the number of injections needed more.1 months after treatment,ELM had better integrity and better prognosis.,whereas the prognosis of visual acuity is poor.The baseline vision is positively correlated with the prognosis of long term vision.There was no correlation between age,sex,baseline CMT,IS/OS integrity of 1 months after treatment and long-term vision prognosis. |
